Incomplete, unclear, unsupported, or highly complex claims may require additional time.

Removal of Content

Merch Collect reserves the right to remove, disable, suspend, or restrict access to any product, design, image, or other content where we believe there may be a legitimate intellectual property concern, legal risk, customer confusion, policy violation, or business risk.

Removal of content does not necessarily mean that Merch Collect accepts liability or agrees with every allegation made in a complaint.

Counter Notices

If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, artwork, designs, testimonials, videos, or other content to Merch Collect, you represent that you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it.

You must not submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

By submitting content to us, you grant Merch Collect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and share that content for:
