Product Description
Bring home the dark atmosphere of Metallica’s M72 World Tour stop in New Zealand with this poster canvas for the November 19, 2025 show at Eden Park in Auckland. Created by Mr. Wolf, the artwork presents a fierce mythic creature rising under a full moon, surrounded by red storm clouds, lightning, mountains and a glowing volcanic landscape.
The design centers on a powerful raven-like taniwha figure with a sharp beak, open mouth, clawed hands, layered scales and sweeping feather details. Its body blends bird, reptile and armored textures, giving the character a heavy fantasy presence while still feeling tied to the local setting of Aotearoa. The deep gray and blue linework creates strong detail across the wings, tail, talons and body armor.
Behind the creature, a large moon sits against red clouds and flashes of lightning. Dark mountain shapes frame the background while the foreground glows with red ground texture, giving the poster a dramatic night scene. The Metallica logo appears across the top in red and silver, while the bottom text reads November 19 2025 – Eden Park and Tāmaki Makaurau – Auckland / Aotearoa – New Zealand, clearly tying the piece to the Auckland show.
This poster canvas is a strong wall art choice for a music room, studio, bedroom, home bar, office or record corner. The red, black, gray and silver palette works especially well with dark furniture, framed albums, guitar displays and other rock or metal artwork. For fans collecting city specific M72 World Tour designs, the Auckland artwork stands out because of its New Zealand location details, mythic creature focus and storm-lit atmosphere.
