How to Measure
- Chest Width: Lay your garment flat and measure straight across the chest from one side to the other.
- Chest / Bust Around: Measure around the fullest part of your chest while keeping the measuring tape level.
- Body Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam or center-back point to the end of the sleeve, depending on the garment style.
- Shoulder: Measure straight across from one shoulder seam to the other.

Please contact support@merchcollect.com before returning an item. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
- Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery including returns for size preference, color preference or change of mind.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with proof of purchase.
- Returns are accepted by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.
- For damaged, defective, incorrect or misprinted items contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.
- Exchanges are available for eligible items subject to product availability.
