Product Description

Created for Metallica’s Life Burns Faster residency at Sphere in Las Vegas, this Poster Canvas features the Fortune Reaper Skull artwork credited to Maxx242. The design corresponds to the October 15 and 17, 2026 shows and combines dark skeletal imagery with casino inspired details that connect naturally to the Las Vegas setting.

The October 15 and 17 performances form one of Metallica’s No Repeat Weekends at Sphere. The residency pairs Thursday and Saturday shows with completely different setlists across the two nights, giving this artwork a clear connection to one specific weekend within the larger Life Burns Faster run in Las Vegas.

The illustration centers on a crowned skeletal figure leaning over a second skull with an oversized clawed hand stretched across the composition. Rings cover the long fingers while a melting candle, a pair of dice and dark surrounding forms build a fortune and chance theme around the scene. The imagery feels especially suited to Las Vegas without relying on traditional casino signs or bright neon graphics.

A cool palette of teal, blue, black and pale green gives the artwork an eerie nighttime atmosphere. The large Metallica logo dominates the upper section while hand drawn Life Burns Faster lettering at the bottom identifies Las Vegas, Nevada and the October 15 and 17, 2026 dates. Heavy line work, distressed textures and deep shadows give the piece the appearance of a detailed concert screen print.

In Poster Canvas format, the vertical composition keeps the crowned reaper, skull, dice, candle and event lettering together as one complete wall art design. The strong central figure remains easy to recognize from a distance while the smaller illustrated details reward a closer look.
